Description

Feature Request:
Make notification flexible the same way as retention itself.
So when a file gets deleted after years the users may have a little more time than just one day to react and check if retention for their files is OK.
Could look somehow like this (just a quick 'n dirty mod from current manual):
2021-10-27_Nextcloud-Retention-Notify
I know it might feel wrong because retention should be activated for files that really should be deleted, but in that case I could also just skip the notification. IMHO in case of notification one should be able to select a reasonable time range corresponding the given use case, leaving the decision up to the admin.

Research direction

The issue does not name files or tests. Start by locating the current one-day notification and retention configuration, then clarify the admin setting and supported time range; done means a configured lead time is honored before deletion and documented for administrators.
