Wkhtmltopdf is based on an ancient version of qtwebkit and is itself EOL. The latest stable release is from 2020, the Github repository has been archived in August 2023. No packages are available for current versions of Debian, Alpine or Ubuntu (or any other for that matter).

Please use a backend that is actively maintained and is available as an official package for Debian, Ubuntu and other major distros.
