Description

Steps to reproduce
  1. Creation of new Text files (.md/.odt/.txt/.ods) files using Blank Template
Expected behaviour

Create and open new blank file

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead, if possible also add a screenshot

Unable to Create File From Template error appears and seem not to create new file but if reloading page file appears to be created with 0KB size and keeps having 0KB size even if putting content in it.
Files created offline and syncing with client appear to be fine.

Research direction

Reproduce creation of blank .md, .odt, .txt, or .ods files from the Blank Template on Nextcloud 30 and 31 using the reported Apache and MySQL setup. Compare the web failure and 0KB result with files created offline and synced by the client; done means web-created files open successfully, retain content, and no longer remain 0KB.
