Integrate Restriction for Specific Group-Folder in File_Acesscontrol

Applications:

https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/files_accesscontrol
https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/groupfolders

--> Integrate Function to restrict "Group-Folder". That you can configure:

Group-Folder Test_Upload is restricted with this Flow
But Group-Folder: Test_Projects is not Restricted

That would be a really nice Upgrade to this function, if you could pick the Configured Group-Folders (from App Groupfolder) ;)

That will be a huge change for us.

Start by reviewing the existing restriction flow in files_accesscontrol and the configured group-folder behavior in the Groupfolders app linked in the issue. Determine how a rule can distinguish Test_Upload from Test_Projects and define the integration boundary. Done means configured group-folders can be selected individually and restrictions are enforced consistently.
