Description
As mentioned in this forum post, current documentation only mentions that Execute Actions is an option available through the customer portal. Is this documentation publicly available? If not, will it become available for Nextcloud administrators that are not part of the customer portal?
Current documentation in Nextcloud 13 reads:
It is possible to execute actions like convert to PDF based on assigned tags. Nextcloud GmbH assists customers in this with hands-on help and documentation on our customer portal.

Read the automated tagging page linked in the issue and the referenced forum post first. Confirm with maintainers whether Execute Actions documentation can be public for administrators outside the customer portal; completion requires a decided scope and corresponding documentation or a clear explanation of its availability.
