Description
The documentation misses to explain the basic idea of collaborative tags. While they are used with access control, automated tagging and retention, there should be some basic notes on what the collaborative tags are for and what the restricted and invisible settings do.

Research direction
No file or test is named; first locate the documentation section covering collaborative tags and read its surrounding access-control, automated-tagging, and retention guidance. Add basic notes explaining their purpose and what the restricted and invisible settings do, then verify the documentation is consistent with those related sections.
