Screenshots and menus are outdated

The GUI and with it the user experience has changed a lot for the clients NC 33 and NC 34. This is not well addressed in the usage page that addresses all normal users, they are left confused how to add another account and other basic tasks. And an outdated documentation makes it hard for them to get the issue solved by themselves.

Start with the linked desktop usage page and compare its screenshots and menus with the NC 33 and NC 34 clients described in the issue. Review the related macOS issue and linked pull request for existing scope. Done means the page reflects current basic desktop tasks, including adding another account, without leaving users confused.
