Summary

Not clear if "upgrade to nextcloud 34" is missing or there are no actions required

Details

planning to upgrade to the next major nextcloud release I regularly check the admin Manual on required steps for this upgrade. For Nextcloud 34 I can not find such information in the documentation. For me that can mean two things:

  • either there is no need for changing the system
  • or this information is missing

If no need I would expect a small note stating that there is "no need"
If missing than this is a fault in the admin Manual / release notes

The page shows however the "Upgrade to Nextcloud 35" already, but no hint on Nextcloud 34. (see screenshots attached)

Additional Notes

An update of the Admin Manual providing advice for an Upgrade to Nextcloud 34 will be appreciated.

Research direction

Start with the linked Admin Manual release-notes page and compare the existing “Upgrade to Nextcloud 35” guidance with the missing Nextcloud 34 entry. Done means the page clearly documents the Nextcloud 34 upgrade requirements, or explicitly states that no special actions are needed.
