Description
Since this repository commonly get "support" type of questions that stay open for a long time, it might be beneficial to enable stale bot which would nudge people to either answer or close issues. It can also be configured to close issues automatically after additional period.
It also might be good to create github issue templates to automatically tag various types of issues for easier triaging. I would suggest "support", "feature", and "bug" issue templates. Here is an example of such templates: https://github.com/coreos/prometheus-operator/tree/master/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE

Start with the linked stale bot documentation and the example .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE directory. Decide the stale bot behavior and add templates for support, feature, and bug issues; done means the requested repository triage configuration is present and usable.
