[Bug]: Folder is not accessible - "The cloud operation was unsuccessful." on Windows

### Bug description

When the virtual folders are in use, some folders can't be open on Windows. It doesn't happen on all sync folders.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Select "Enable virtual file support..." in Nextcloud Desktop
2. Try to open file in Windows explorer
3. Error: "Location is not available. [folder] is not accessible. The cloud operation was unsuccessful"
4. Select "Disable virtual file support..." in Nextcloud Desktop
5. Open file in Windows explorer
6. It opens Ok
7. Goto [1]

Restarting computer doesn't help.

### Expected behavior

1. Select "Enable virtual file support..." in Nextcloud Desktop
2. Try to open file in Windows explorer
3. Opens, and downloads the file if requested
