### Bug description

Today after booting my PC nextcloud promted me to install an update to 33.0.0
It downloaded and installed it without issue.
But after launch these issues happen at the same time:

### Steps to reproduce

Try updating Nextcloud on Windows 11 25h2 I guess

### Expected behavior

Program starts with no issue.

32.0.6

### Nextcloud Desktop Client version

33.0.0

Updated to a major version (ex. 3.16.3 to 3.17.0)

Encryption is Disabled
