### Bug description
From the latest update, my users can read file anymore.
4 users out of 30 currently affected.
### Steps to reproduce
1. As they want to access the file daily, they get the error
2. Then they check the Sync on Next
3. They see the following error

### Expected behavior
Please advice, my users can't work anymore
