[Bug]: Although all files are in the cloud, it continuously shows the synchronization arrows

### Bug description

I have been experiencing this issue for several months now. For one folder (which contains multiple subfolders with many files), the synchronization arrows keep appearing even though all files are in the cloud. I have already downloaded the entire folder and then selected ‘Free up space’ again. Either Windows is stuck in a process, or it’s a Nextcloud issue. I have already run Disk Cleanup.

**All 424 files show the cloud icon in the final folder.**
