### Bug description

The file level activity log shows no activities like changes or shares.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Nextcloud context menu
2. Click on Activity
3. The Activity windows does not display activities like changes or shares.

### Expected behavior

When displaying the Activity windows, activities like changes or shares should be visible.

### Which files are affected by this bug

An Excel file with recent changes and shares. I use VFS, the file is kept locally.

Windows

Windows 11

Official Windows MSI

### Nextcloud Server version

31.0.8

### Nextcloud Desktop Client version

4.0.3 and various earlier versions

### Is this bug present after an update or on a fresh install?

Updated from a minor version (ex. 3.16.1 to 3.16.2)

### Are you using the Nextcloud Server Encryption module?

Encryption is Enabled

### Additional info

Answers on encryption and backend are filled in arbitrarily since the server is provided by SURF (NL) and details are unknown to me.
