**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The desktop client sharing options are limited compared to the sharing options on the web. Sharing defaults to 'read only' status without presenting any other options during or after sharing. Public links are customizable to allow for upload and edit, but not for upload only.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Full control of sharing options through the desktop client. Including customized file request options for public links other than 'allow upload and editing'.

None

**Additional context**
ownCloud has this feature.
