[Bug]: Too many 2FA notifications are displayed, or they should not be displayed consecutively

### Bug description

Too many 2FA notifications are displayed, or they should not be displayed consecutively.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication via notification https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/twofactor_nextcloud_notification
2. connect several times et do things between each connection
3. Main window : see all 2FA connections consecutively displayed and numerous

### Expected behavior

All 2FA connections should be displayed normally in the activity timeline of the main window
