[Bug]: Application Crash - Account Setup Wizard

### Bug description

The application crashes when attempting to launch the account setup wizard. This was happening on my existing installation when selecting "Add an Account" from the accounts dropdown. I've since tried a fresh install, and now the problem occurs as soon as the app launches.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Fresh Install - Crashes on launch

or

1. Existing Instal - Open Main Window
2. Accounts - Add an Account

### Expected behavior

New account setup wizard should open.
