### Bug description

**ignoring the selected folders**
I had macOS VFS Desktop client 3.17.2 with standard fle sync with few folders selected to sync.
After updating the client to 4.0.1, it selected all folders and started syncing filling up my drive!

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install macOS VFS Client 3.17.2
2. Use standard file sync and select some folders to sync
3. Update the client to 4.0.1

### Expected behavior

the selection of the folders to sync should be kept.
