### Bug description

After starting windows and login, nextcloud is started.
But clicking the tray icon nothing happens, the app is totally unresponsive: I cannot close it nor click anything.
The windows explorer is also totally slow and unresponsive.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade from 3.17.3 to 4.0.1 client
2. Restart system
3. Nextcloud do not work anymore

The client logs didn't log any errors.
