They are not very helpful for maintainers and administrators. The should have tags (.e.g "fix", "chore", "build", "security", "breaking change", ...) or something else. "Conventional Commits" would be a nice start.

I am not able to find out if there are security related issues/fixes between 3.13 and 3.14 desktop clients because of that issue.
