### Bug description

The client seems to be creating broken urls:
https://server/remote.php/dav/files/user/nnaire
nnaire => Questionnaire

QNetworkReply::ContentNotFoundError "Server replied "404 Not Found" to "PROPFIND https://server/remote.php/dav/files/user/nnaire - Security"" QVariant(int, 404)

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the share dialog
2. Check the logs for 404 errors

### Expected behavior

No 404 errors for existing files.

So far tests have been done with files/folders shared with the user

macOS

mac OS 15.5

Official macOS 12+ universal pkg

### Nextcloud Server version

31

### Nextcloud Desktop Client version

3.16.6

Updated from a minor version (ex. 3.4.2 to 3.4.4)
