Description
The user needs to understand what the client is doing.
In part related https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues/8354, we need to provide higher level feedback about the activity of the client.
For example on startup a full local discovery is being done to make sure to discover local items needed to be synced to the server. The user should be told about that and that this may keep the client busy for a long time.
