### Bug description

I excluded some folder from Nextcloud sync, since that I get spammed with notification (around one notification almost one to five minutes).

### Steps to reproduce

1. Exclude folder from sync
2. Wait

### Expected behavior

Notification shouldn't appear, or it should be possible to turn them off.

Linux Mint 21.3

Community FlatPak

Don't know; external (next.hessenbox.de)

Updated from a minor version (ex. 3.4.2 to 3.4.4)

Encryption is Enabled
