[Bug]: Nextcloud Client spams notification if folder is excluded from sync

### Bug description

I excluded some folder from Nextcloud sync, since that I get spammed with notification (around one notification almost one to five minutes).

### Steps to reproduce

1. Exclude folder from sync
2. Wait

### Expected behavior

Notification shouldn't appear, or it should be possible to turn them off.
