### Bug description

After awaking from sleep mode, sometimes the client doesn't sync anything, until I quit and start again the client.
Today for example, I started the computer (from "veille prolongée") at 8h40, and it hadn't performed any sync at 9h20. Then I quit and launched again the client, and it performed sync in a few minutes.

### Steps to reproduce

I can't reproduce it every time, but it's happening frequently on many computers in my company.
2. Put computer in sleep mode, wait some times. Maybe switch to another network connexion (in that case, I was yesterday at my office, so access to nextcloud is by local network. Put computer in sleep mode. Awake today at home, so access to nextcloud by internet).
3. Awake computer
4. Nextcloud doesn't sync, nothing appears, it's stuck on "Vérification des dossiers", all sync are in blue, but there is very few CPU usage, it seems it does nothing.

### Expected behavior

Nextcloud keeps syncing all the time.
