### Bug description

Client lost configuration

### Steps to reproduce

1. The sync client always run in the background
2. Yesterday evening I shut down the system
3. Today when I started the sync client the setup wizard popped up
4. If I look at ~/.local/share/Nextcloud I only see log files. The config file is gone.

### Expected behavior

Configuration should not be lost

Fresh desktop client install

Encryption is Disabled
