[Bug]: Nextcloud desktop app 3.13.4 (legacy) doesn’t work on macOS Mojave 10.14.6

### Bug description

Installing Nextcloud-legacy-3.13.4.pkg on macOS Mojave 10.14.6
website says that this version is supposed to work on Mac OS 10.10+ (legacy)

installed application refuses to run with an error:
_"You can’t use this version of the application “Nextcloud” with this version of macOS.
You have macOS 10.14.6. The application requires macOS 10.13 or later."_

to my knowledge 10.14.6 is later than 10.13

Any ideas on how to make it work?

download Nextcloud-legacy-3.13.4.pkg
install it on macOS Mojave 10.14.6 (latest available Mojave version)
try to run it

expect Nextcloud desktop client to run
