Add option to manually try again connecting to the Nextcloud server

### Feature description
When I put my computer in sleep mode and, after some time, turn it on, the Nextcloud Desktop app says that the server is disconnected (also when the Internet is unavailable for some time).
Now, I must restart Nextcloud Desktop to reconnect to the server or wait.

I propose adding an option to manually try again connecting to the Nextcloud server.
