[Bug]: updates daily and forces either restart of pc or closes explorer constant nag messages

### Bug description

Ok maybe this isn't the right place but the amount of times this thing asks to update is only second to signal. Please bundle releases into a monthly release and not every push. Secondly please make the update not need to close out explorer.exe or restart the system. Thank you.
