[Bug]: group folders drop down list is not updated

### Bug description

If the list of group folders change, we should make sure the menu to navigate to group folders in your local storage is updated.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open main dialog
2. Check the list of group folders (drop down menu from top bar of main dialog)
3. Remove one group folder for that user
4. Open main dialog
5. Check the list of group folders

### Expected behavior

The list is updated and matches the current state.
