### Bug description

I have disabled Nextcloud autostart in settings, but it keeps autostarting

### Steps to reproduce

1. Disable autostart in settings
2. Reboot

### Expected behavior

No autostart

no idea

### Nextcloud Desktop Client version

3.10.0

Updated from a minor version (ex. 3.4.2 to 3.4.4)

Encryption is Enabled
