### Bug description

When creating a folder in an encrypted folder, the sync client enters in the syncing status and doesn't leave it.

Noticed on c.nc.com.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder in an encrypted folder

### Expected behavior

Sync the folder and leave the syncing status

encrypted

### Operating system

Linux

### Which version of the operating system you are running.

Ubuntu 22.04

### Package

Distro package manager

### Nextcloud Server version

c.nc.com

### Nextcloud Desktop Client version

3.6.2

### Is this bug present after an update or on a fresh install?

Updated to a major version (ex. 3.3.6 to 3.4.0)

### Are you using the Nextcloud Server Encryption module?

Encryption is Enabled

### Are you using an external user-backend?
