### Bug description
When creating a folder in an encrypted folder, the sync client enters in the syncing status and doesn't leave it.
Noticed on c.nc.com.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Create a folder in an encrypted folder
### Expected behavior
Sync the folder and leave the syncing status
