[Bug]: Cookies are saved in the configuration directory.

### Bug description

Cookies are saved in the configuration directory.

The issue is similar to #3406 but for cookies.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Login into the app
2. Start sync
3. Visit configuration directory
4. File

### Expected behavior

File should go to the cache directory for example such as XDG_CACHE_HOME on XDG-platforms such as Linux.
