from Sync Conflict screen, add option to access location of each conflict directly

### Feature description
When displaying the `Sync Conflict` screen from the desktop client, please add the option to view directory or location of the sync conflict. It makes sense to allow the user to resolve the conflict from their local filesystem rather than making a binary choice within the desktop app menu.

Currently you are only given the option to access the files, as opposed to accessing their location on the file system.
