Add `--timeout XXX` (similar to GUI version via nextcloud.cfg)

Dear Developers,
thanks for this great product.

I think my feature request is simple to implement:

In the nextcloud desktop version config, it is possible to set timeout=XXX (seconds).

As in the docs: [off. Docs ](https://docs.nextcloud.com/desktop/2.6/advancedusage.html ) there is no possibility to set the timeout in the cmd version.

So my feature request is, to add an option to the nextcloudcmd command e.g. --timeout 300

What do you think of this ?
