### Expected behaviour
Either that file should be hidden or not exist.

### Actual behaviour
Tell us what happens instead
.owncloudsync.log Shows up in every sync folder from multiple servers.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Install Nextcloud Desktop 3.1.1
2. Sync a Folder
3. .owncloudsync.log shows up in Sync Folder
4. Delete .owncloudsync.log
5. Restart Nextcloud and it comes back.

Operating system: Windows 10 - 2004
