### Bug description

I have installed Nextcloud-34.0.3-x64.msi version on several computers and the updating process takes a very long time.
To check better I waited since nextcloud finished the database check then I closed nextcloud app on a windows 11 machine (very fast machine) and restarted the application. This machine took around 1 our even if no file has been changed in the time between. Some thing on the other Windows 11 machines.
After this I reinstalled Nextcloud-33.0.7-x64 version on the same machine and in around 30 seconds the initial check has been done.
I think that this version takes too long time to check I don't know what when the application is restarted.
Thanks for the attention
Pippo

### Steps to reproduce

1 install the new version on a cloud with 500.000 files
2 restart the application on windows 11
3 check the starting time

### Expected behavior

with the prevision version (Nextcloud-33.0.7-x64) I used everything was very fast. Now I revert all the machine to the older stable version.

Research direction

Reproduce the Windows 11 startup check with the Nextcloud-34.0.3-x64.msi client and a cloud containing about 500,000 files, then compare it with 33.0.7. Trace the startup/archive-check path to identify why an unchanged tree takes about an hour; done means the check completes close to the earlier version's timing without changing files.
