Upgraded to 34.0.1 and the desktop app isn't fully loading the UI

### Bug description

The desktop client appears broken after updating to 34.0.1.

### Steps to reproduce

1. I have the desktop application set to autostart and upon logging in I am greeted with the app that looks like the provided screenshot.
2. I am running Fedora 44 Silverblue the app is installed as a Flathub Flatpak (not Fedora Flatpak)
3. Updated from 33.0.7 to 34.0.1 today
4. Tested appimage and it does the same

App opens the same as it did with 33.0.7

Not able to click on the General settings since the button isn't there in order to provide logs.

Start by reproducing the missing or incomplete UI on Fedora 44 Silverblue with the Flathub Flatpak and AppImage, comparing desktop client 34.0.1 with 33.0.7. Use the screenshot and missing General settings button as the failure criteria; done means the app opens with the complete UI as it did before the update.
