Description
In Windows 11 (MSI installed), the icon is sometimes still shown after an upload or sync has finished. It is usually sufficient to navigate into the folder to apply the change and get the green tick mark:
.
The arrows icon propagates through the uppermost folder, often requiring to navigate through folders to open the last one. I've always had this problem, even after reinstalling cleanly Windows 11.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the stale folder icon on Windows 11 with the MSI client, Nextcloud Server 33.0.5, and Desktop Client 35.0.6; trace the icon update after synchronization completes and verify the green tick appears without navigating into the folder.
