Locally created files visible online only after renames in same folder

team, have a discrepancy between local & remote again.

I created files locally, but they did not show up in the folder online. I renamed some files, now they sync/show up online. Debug archive: https://cloud.nextcloud.com/f/13633268

Files are in /shared/viavox and were initially named Signal (somethin) .png/.jpeg. After renaming, they both showed up, initially only one of them. PDF has not show up yet, I have not yet tried to rename it. pdf is named: viavox-nextcloud-transfer.pdf

This was from yesterday and I have similar issues today, but the other way around - changes online don't show locally. I moved a file from a folder into a subfolder. The modified it. Even downloaded and uploaded new versions. Still doesn't show up locally. I did just now try to disable the local folder sync (was syncing the Talk folder) and restarted the client. hoping it makes a difference. But no luck, local folder which should have files is still empty.

So it's still quite common I'm afraid.
