Describe the bug
When mentioning someone in a comment in a card, the person does not get a notification about the mention. Also, in the activity app, there is no "xy mentioned you in a comment on card xyz" anymore.
Expected behavior
Mentioning someone in a comment should definitely notify them without any necessary activity/notification settings on their side.
