feature request: enhanced compatibility with calendar including having start date and time

I want to start off by saying this app is really solid. I use it for my family chores and keeping track of my clients for work.

There are a few things that keep coming up and it would be nice to have cards that can be visually represented in the calendar in the way that a calendar is meant to work. Here are a couple of things that would make this very powerful:

2. Another feature would be nice to have is a start time where the visual block in the calendar is visualized by how long the task is. Currently, all that is visible is a 1 hour block when it is due but there is no indication of when it starts.

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the existing calendar rendering for cards and how due times are represented; done means cards expose a start time and their calendar blocks visibly reflect the task duration.
