Description

Describe the bug:
When a card is opened in the deck with a specific account and the "Attachments" tab is opened, no entries are displayed. This only happens with that particular account. Other accounts can view the attachments normally. Permissions and approvals have already been checked and tested at all levels.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Deck'
  2. Click on any 'Card'
  3. Go to Attachments'
  4. See error

Expected behavior:
Attachments that are displayed on other user accounts should also be displayed on the affected account.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Deck by opening a card's Attachments tab with the affected account, then compare it with an account that can see attachments. Investigate the differing browser and server behavior using the reported environment; done means attachments display for the affected account as they do for other accounts.
