To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Deck'
- Click on any 'Card'
- Go to Attachments'
- See error
Expected behavior:
Attachments that are displayed on other user accounts should also be displayed on the affected account.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in Deck by opening a card's Attachments tab with the affected account, then compare it with an account that can see attachments. Investigate the differing browser and server behavior using the reported environment; done means attachments display for the affected account as they do for other accounts.
