Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Context: In Trello, we use emoji reactions to comments a lot (for example, to say if we agree with a proposal or question, to flag that a comment was edited, to give thanks, or to express amusement), so this feature would make a massive difference for our ability to move to NextCloud Deck.
Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to react to any comment with any emoji, any number of times, like in Trello.
Describe alternatives you've considered
From what I can see, the only alternative is to reply and add one's emojis in the comment body. This quickly clutters the conversation.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by mapping how Deck renders and stores comments, then check whether existing reaction support can cover any emoji and repeated reactions. Done means users can react to any comment with arbitrary emojis without cluttering the conversation.
