[Bug]: Nextcloud shares with others is empty

Bug description

Nextcloud shares with others is empty, but should have tons of entries

Steps to reproduce

1. choose files
2. choose "shares with others"
3. there is nothing there
4. create two new public shares
5. the new public shares are working (web site is opening, content is shown)
6. check "shares with others"
7. there is still nothing there
8. go to personal > settings > Privacy - message does pop-up: "Error loading information about shares"

Expected behavior

There should be information about shares with others

By disabling the DECK app - the core function "shares with others" is functional again !

MS Edge Error in Dev-Context: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

not quite sure - but it's possible this comes from the minor upgrade from "31.0.10.1 to 31.0.11.2

seems, that i.e admin user is not affected, but other(s) ==>

performing sql-statement shows all shares (user & admin) correctly ==>

Start by reproducing the Files “Shares with others” error with Deck enabled, then repeat with Deck disabled and inspect the reported HTTP 500 response. Trace the affected share-loading entry point in the Deck/Nextcloud integration and verify that non-admin users can see existing and newly created shares while Deck remains enabled.
