Describe the bug
The input box to enter a new card title is hidden behind the keyboard on iOS (tested on iPhone 14). See attached video.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a deck
  2. Click on the new card button
  3. The input is not visible. You can write but you don't see what are you writing

Expected behavior
The input box should be visible
