Description

Somehow related to "Smart Boards" https://github.com/nextcloud/deck/issues/6489 but not the same is the idea if having kind of "Master Boards". The use case is a fast overview for supervisors who see a lot of boards of all those or selected boards.

Not only scheduled cards are relevant here but also (in some cases even more important) not-scheduled cards.

Also it would be very important how to get an overview – not every single card should be displayed at the first step within the master board. Instead the state of each process should be displayed. But how we can indicate the state? What are the relevant infos? In some cases it could be fine to see the number of open cards for each board displayed for all stacks plus the count of overdue cards. In other cases the display of cards/stacks should be tag-based.

What do you think?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the related Smart Boards issue (6489) and the discussion here. Define which boards and cards the overview covers, which status metrics or tags it displays, and how supervisors navigate from the summary to individual boards. Done means the scope and overview behavior are agreed before implementation begins.
