Description

Deck needs a setting that disables hotkeys.

Sometimes I'll go to add a new card and start typing the title and if I miss-click the box and start typing, it's incredibly easy to archive other cards and a pain to go drag them out of the archive.

There should at least be an ability to disable the hotkeys - but also more hot-key customization so that a modifier can be used such as ALT so that we can be more intentional about using them.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating Deck's hotkey handling and settings UI, then determine whether the issue's scope is only a global disable switch or also modifier and per-hotkey customization. Done means the requested setting reliably prevents hotkey actions, with the broader customization scope resolved.
