No problem, just a suggestion

Describe the solution you'd like
When you search for a card, there's always the possibility that you didn't find what you searched for, even if there are results. I think one of the search results should always be "Create card based on search terms", which would do as it says on the tin and create a new card titled after the terms used in the search.

This is a common workflow of mine, even on GitHub -- to search for issues, and if one doesn't exist, then create one based on what I searched for.

I suppose there are separate repos for the web app and the android app, but I think this would apply to both.

Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating the card-search UI in the Deck web app and determine whether the request applies there, the Android app, or both; done means a search offers creation of a card titled from the search terms.
