Notifications should open the card on the related tab

When following a NextCloud notification for a comment (from the browser), the card in question opens in the deck/board, but with the description tab and not the comment tab. It would be great if the card could open in the tab from which the notification was initiated ;-)

Start by tracing how browser notifications open a card in the deck/board and how the card chooses its initial tab. Done means a comment notification opens the comment tab, while notifications initiated from other tabs open their related tab.
