NC Deck card notifications works not like it should be

First of all, I'm using NC AIO, but I'm unsure whether I should open an issue here or in another thread.

After upgrading NC to 27.1.0, I've noticed some peculiar behavior.
When I open a card, it indicates that I've made changes, even if I haven't. If someone else opens this card to check information, it also shows that something has changed, like "{user} has updated the due date of the card" and so on.

Another issue is the extended time taken to save the card description. You need to wait at least 2 seconds after writing the description for the status to change to 'Saved.'

No files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the behavior in Nextcloud Deck 27.1.0: open an unchanged card, inspect its notifications, then edit a description and observe the save status. Done means unchanged cards produce no false updates and description changes reach “Saved” without the reported delay.
